1. About our services
Five Class provides mobile automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related vehicle care services in Lane County, Oregon and surrounding areas. We come to your location unless otherwise agreed. Service availability, pricing, and scope depend on vehicle condition, selected package, and scheduling.
2. Quotes and pricing
- Quotes submitted through our website or provided by phone/text are estimates based on information you supply. Final pricing may change after in-person inspection if vehicle condition differs materially from what was described.
- Promotions, package pricing, and add-on services are subject to change. The price agreed at booking or in a signed service agreement controls for that appointment.
- Payment terms (deposit, balance due, accepted methods) will be communicated before or at the time of service unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
3. Appointments and access
- You agree to provide safe, legal access to the vehicle and a suitable work area (water, power, and space as needed for the booked service).
- You represent that you are authorized to request service for the vehicle and to approve work on it.
- If we cannot safely perform service due to site conditions, weather, or vehicle issues discovered on arrival, we may reschedule or adjust scope with your approval.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
- Please provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings.
- We may reschedule due to weather, equipment failure, or emergencies. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.
5. Customer responsibilities
- Remove personal valuables before service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
- Disclose known damage, aftermarket modifications, fragile trim, loose parts, or prior repairs that may affect detailing or coating work.
- Inform us of any allergies, chemical sensitivities, or special instructions related to your property or pets on site.
6. Results, warranties, and limitations
- Detailing and coating results depend on paint condition, age, prior damage, and environmental exposure. We use professional methods and products, but we cannot guarantee removal of all defects, stains, odors, or scratches in every case.
- Any service-specific warranty (for example, ceramic coating maintenance terms) will be stated in your service agreement or care instructions.
- To the fullest extent permitted by Oregon law, Five Class is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
7. Electronic signatures and documents
When you sign documents electronically through fiveclassauto.com/sign, you agree that electronic signatures are legally binding to the same extent as handwritten signatures, subject to applicable law. You agree to review documents carefully before signing and to provide accurate information.
